Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in 心理学. Both graduate and undergraduate students may become members if their major focus of study is in psychology and they meet the qualifications for acceptance. Psi Chi was founded in 1929 for the purpose of promoting excellence in scholarship and advancing the study of psychology. Today, chapters can be found in 1,000 colleges and universities in the U.S., with the national office located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College 荣誉的社会 and is affiliated with the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Psychological Society (APS).
